Welcome to a true “home on the beach”! Trivial Pursuit awaits you with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean literally steps from the sand and shore. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around deck watching the sun rise and the gulls soaring in the sky. Catch glimpses of dolphins passing by as you relax on the deck or the beach, or simply gazing out the window of the living area on the main floor.

With room for 12, your family and friends will enjoy the best Surf City and Topsail Island have to offer with ease. Within a short two-block walk or bike ride, you can grab a freshly made bagel or a sandwich, coffee, donuts, tacos, ice cream, family restaurants, a walk on the pier, and shopping.

Tucked away from the street, Trivial Pursuit offers two levels of living: a main floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a bright, sunny family room with gorgeous views of the ocean, and a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar with seating for 8. On the deck is an outdoor shower to cleanse off the sun and sand at the end of a fun-filled day.

The lower level has a private, separate entrance and is its own apartment with two bedrooms, a living area, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It’s a perfect spot for those who wish for a little privacy or for teenagers, their friends, and guests.

The beach awaits you and welcomes you at all times of the day. Come relax, have some fun, and make memories for a lifetime!

We had our family vacation here and it did not disappoint. The home was clean and had most of what you needed. We did have to grab toilet paper and paper towels but the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed for cooking. The views from the back porch were amazing and perfect for the end of the day relaxing. The home was walking distance from the pier and several snack shops. There was a grocery store 4 blocks down the road or a Wal Mart that was only a 5 min drive. There were 3 different outdoor hose off stations which was so convenient for the kids and getting all that sand off. No walk to the beach from the home bc you literally step on it from the back porch! The bottom level had its own fridge and sink which made it convenient for snacks and food to be left downstairs for those staying in those rooms. We made so many wonderful memories there, I would have to say it has been our favorite place to stay!
