The rooms are a little smaller than they appear in the photos, so be prepared for that, but the view from the deck and even in the living room is exceptional!!

Description states there is a king bed, but further down it states 2 queen. I think this is a recent change as all the furniture is new. Just be aware there is not a king size bed in any room. The newly updated home is great, all new appliances, furniture, etc. Loved the large oceanfront deck and the area in general. We will be back next year!

No, I don't want to offer any bad review. I've just been disappointed this year. Last year the kitchen faucet broke off and I had to call to get it fixed. I didn't call with complaints this year because I don't want to be that kind of renter. If we could have gotten the house for the two weeks we usually rent for, then I would have overlooked most of these problems I had, but, maybe that's a sign that it's time to move on and find another house.

If you have family staying who have issues walking any distance, pleaee consider there is a long walk to the beach. You have to go out the walkway, down a flight of stairs with the last step a large drop. Then you have to climb the sand dune and walk several yards out on to the beach.
