The back door needs work, we were not able to close it without kicking it open. The fan in the living area was in operable. the outside stairs from the deck to the beach are a safety hazard. They were difficult to navigate due to warping

Unit was in need of a deep cleaning, floors, baseboards, fans, etc…. No blender in kitchen?? No soap anywhere in the unit? There were some nails sticking up an inch high out of the deck. Loved being on the ocean, unit was fine, sprucing up under the house area would be an added bonus, especially when spending time grilling.

I have always been happy with renting from your company and I stayed in this home before, but I will not again. I will have to find a different home. We really like this home, but in its current state it’s not worth the money and we won’t stay there again. The furniture was so uncomfortable we left on Friday instead of staying until Sunday.
