Garage parking is not an accurate statement as we had to park outside. There is an available coffee pot (not listed). Ants were in abundance that traps did help some. A washer/dryer is available, but it is in the downstairs garage. There is no vent fan in the hall bathroom. Undecided if we would stay in the same home again.
