We were very disappointed with our service from Carolina Retreats. Our door code did not work upon arrival. I called numerous times and left messages. It took awhile for someone to finally answer and they had to reset the door lock .Then, I couldn't find the basement key so I called again and texted Carolina Retreats and never heard back. We loved the house, but we're very disappointed with Carolina Retreats service. I'm contemplating booking the house again, because I'm worried about the service we will get from Carolina Retreats. The house was perfect and we loved everything about the house.
