- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

The house is beautiful and in an amazing location. Sitting on the back deck enjoying coffee in the morning was so peaceful. The public beach access is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again

All was great. Place was five star. Bummer that coffee pot was missing which can happen but really bummer not to have coffee like we desired for what we paid. Still have five star review as it was otherwise wonderful.
