Take It E-Sea is a top floor elevator-condo located in Ocean Dunes at the south end of Pleasure Island. Recently updated with two king sized beds, this ocean front 2 bedroom-2 bath condo offers expansive views of the ocean with lots of sea life visible from the deck. Ocean Dunes amenities include: a large indoor pool and 3 outdoor pools, fitness room, playground, tennis and basketball courts, hot tub and dry sauna. Close by is the Historic Beach area of Fort Fisher, the North Carolina Aquarium, Southport Ferry, and the popular Kure Beach fishing pier. Take It E-Sea sleeps 6 comfortably with a King bed in the master bedroom, King bed in the 2nd bedroom, and Queen sofa/sleeper in the living room. The unit has Wifi and High Definition TV’s in the living room and bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided and smart key access makes it easy for the entire family to come and go.

Please Note: The indoor pool and hot tub will not be available from April 8th through mid-May per the Ocean Dunes Homeowner's Association.

TR Tim R.	Verified Guest Comment Condo was as pictured and was a very comfortable stay. Very close to the water. The area is less populated than Carolina Beach which is nice if you’re looking for a quieter, relaxing stay. The one thing that isn’t represented in pictures is there are large rocks in the water on this part of the beach — directly in front of this condo. Fun for kids to climb on, but if you’re not looking for this type of natural landscape then you’ll need to walk a little bit. NL Neal L.	Verified Guest Comment It is a wonderful property right on the beach. Everything in the listing was accurate. Its a little drive to stores and restaurants but not a deal breaker. Its a perfect place to just enjoy the beach. If you have active teens that need "something to do", there is probably not enough of that. But for mom and dad to be lazy for a week....perfection. 06/21/2024
NL Neal L.	Verified Guest Comment Top notch right on the beach! Easy to relax. We could set up in the morning, come in for lunch or a nap, and then back out for a couple hours. We then can decide to eat out or eat in then back for a late day walk on the beach. Or just sit out on the top deck and take in the sun and relaxing sound of the ocean. A 10-15 minute ride to the store, restaurants, shops, etc. Two king size beds and two bathrooms. Ample kitchen with everything you would need. A little pricey, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. We had a bit of trouble with GPS finding the location but got it all worked out with help from the host! Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
