Pros: The Condo was great!! Very clean!! Communication was excellent with staff!! Cons: parking is horrible.. getting calls all during the day and night to move cars and trying to get your car out. Fire alarm went off twice in 1 night. Apparently it’s common and I wasn’t aware due to the salt air. I have stayed many places in Carolina Beach and never experienced that. Towel rack was broken when we arrived in the master bath and there was a hole in the wall.

The condo is in a great location for walking to restaurants, the boardwalk, gas station store for last minute needs, etc. Major kudos again for both beach and private pool access and the condo itself is very spacious! Thanks again!!

ok condition, but not well appointed. Things we grow accustomed to having at air b&b were not there e.g. paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, shampoo etc...and kitchen not well appointed or organized. Sloppy everywhere. Also while things were generally clean, everything was very low end appliances and accessories. Everything very basic including cable tv. Had to buy batteries for remotes... just generally not great quality of anything, except the view!
