- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

I will give credit to Carolina Retreats Vacation rental for immediately addressing the Mold situation along with the house lock code. The house is located in an excellent location if you like a not crowded beach. The house would be much better if the owners would fix the following problems.

The house was in a great location. There were a few issues with appliances but they were on top of getting everything fixed right away. I will say there is some areas of the house that need some maintenance for instance the bathrooms have mildew on the ceiling had a mildew smell. The porch entering the house had dead bugs/spiderwebs and trash leading into the under porch it had not been swept in quite some time.
