Such as the wide, welcoming front porch with ocean views to the large back deck with grill, to the ping pong table in the garage, this home is meant for family fun. Gather the entire family in the large living room around the fireplace and enjoy the 46" flat screen TV/DVD, OR cook on the grill and enjoy the meal on the spacious back deck or at the large dining table inside.Relax in the master suite with queen bed, full bath and new flat screen TV. Beach access is located within 500 feet.This home is also within walking distance of the historical Fort Fisher State Park and just a short distance from the NC Aquarium, and the Ft. Fisher-Southport Ferry. Maximum occupancy of 10 and parking of no more than 6 vehicles strictly enforced. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.

If you don't mind being one road back, this house provides easy access to the beach and is near the beautiful Coquina Rock formations.

It’s a perfect beach area. Quiet and less competitive to get a spot at the beach. To top it off it is less than 5 minutes walk to get to the beach from the house. The house itself is spacious and had all the amenities needed to host a large group.
