Toes In The Water (formerly known as Sands III Unit 1C). Completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo on the first floor with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, new cabinets and a coffee bar, complete with Keurig. Granite in the kitchen and gorgeous bamboo flooring throughout! New beds and furniture and totally remodeled bathrooms. Easy beach access and only 6 block walk to downtown, the boardwalk and marina. Dining, shopping and nightlife abound. Take a walk around Carolina Beach Lake across the street or rent a paddle boat. 17x9 outdoor pool and assigned parking for 2 vehicles (max). Don’t forget the family pet as your small dog (less than 30 lbs) is welcome with payment of a non-refundable pet fee, subject to restrictions. If you are choosing a pet friendly property, dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months. All pets must be approved by Blue Water Realty.

Excellent proximity to the beach and local attractions. We loved the food market around the corner, and they even had a Saturday morning pop up market just a street over. It was also a very short walk to the boardwalk and Britt's Doughnuts. We loved cooking in the kitchen and eating on the porch overlooking the ocean.

The unit was very clean and well equipped and the decor was really cute and beachy. The beach at this location was not crowded and we were close to restaurants and shopping. The property managers are very personable and helpful. A true pleasure!
