Welcome to your next dream getaway on Carolina Beach, Seadragon 1! This beautiful, newly-built beach retreat features all of the modern amenities and luxuries one would expect out of a new home. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this vacation rental features ocean views and has several balconies with ocean views.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and access to a covered 7'x15' furnished balcony. The well-stocked, open kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and an eat-in bar. The separate dining area is a perfect place to gather after a day at the beach, with ample seating for everyone!

On the first floor, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to a balcony with ocean views, and access to an ensuite bathroom. The attached bathroom with a shower and tub combination and double vanities. Bedroom 2 features 2 twin-sized beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin bunk bed and a Smart TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV.

This was our first time to Carolina Beach. The house could not have suited us more, esp. its proximity to the restaurants. We were able to walk across the street to the beach and from there, walk to the Tiki bar. The house was well maintained and clean.

Lovely new house with beautiful ocean views.We had easy access to the beach and could easily walk to bars and restaurants. Bedrooms were a nice size and comfortable beds. Very relaxing and enjoyable few days.
