Given our three kids are young adults, next year we’ll be looking for a rental property with a minimum of four bedrooms, two levels, and (if possible) a second (or third) story deck that faces the ocean. Great cottage but need better cleaning

Perfect size for a couple or small family. Had everything that you would need, no extra frills, very comfortable, and the fenced in gravel back yard was a huge plus, made it very easy to keep the inside of the house clean!

I was very surprised how small the master bathroom is. I’m five foot tall. When I was on the toilet my knees could touch the wall. The shower was so small I had to shut off the water to do a decent lather. My elbows would hit the walls as I showered. The bathroom sink was so small and there was zero counter space. The bedroom also lacked counter space. I couldn’t imagine sharing the room with another person. I also found not having a single full length mirror in the entire place was difficult. I had to stand on a chair in the living area to view my outfits. And lastly it took me a few days to figure out the laundry was outside on deck. That was odd to me! I didn’t end up using the laundry. But there’s definitely some minor things I feel like should be reconsidered as far as convenience/ comfort of guests. I also am genuinely wondering if the rock in the backyard is a hit or not. I bet it was expensive but my dog struggled to walk on it.

We had a great time. The house is rustic beachy. Short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins and collected shells! The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and this will be on our list of favorite places.
