House was great and the location even better. They need to replace the grill as 2 of the burners fell off / wasn’t working. Propane tank was also empty so had to find a place off island to get a new one. Carolina Retreats wasn’t responsive over the weekend when I needed help with several issues. However would definitely rent the house again.
