AbreakAway condo is in a great location very close to beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants. All within a close walk. For the location and family friendly atmosphere the place is five stars. The only reason we did not rate it 5 stars overall is that we felt it was a little bit pricey for the length of stay and some little things that does not qualify it for a superhost rating. Things such as light bulbs being burnt out in two bathrooms, only 2 spoons in the kitchen drawers. No hand soap in any bathrooms. Minor things such as these that should not have been a concern for the price point. We will give the rental agency 5 stars on their communication and responsiveness to these items. And did find the place to be very clean upon arrival. Overall it is a great location in Carolina Beach and although not beachfront could not have been a better location within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and the boardwalk. We would stay here again.

Perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach, a bath house between the beach and the town house. Beach has lifeguards everyday. Just a few minutes away from awesome restaurants and ships.
