5 blocks from beach access. No free parking in the area, be prepared to pay a minimum of $25 to $40 an hour for parking. Bring everything: paper towels, toliet paper, towels........ you are provided 1 towel per person

My friends and I had a great stay at this home. It is as described and in a great location. We walked to the beach daily and also walked to get ice cream and to the tiki bar/restaurant out on the pier. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The place also looked mostly brand new and was very comfortable. I believe the mattresses were new. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The one thing I will note to future renters is that we considered this a completely "pack in, pack out" situation. They had nothing at the house including salt, pepper, olive oil, which were advertised as being there. Additionally there was no sponge which was very weird. They provided only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, one paper towel roll, and one trash bag so make note to bring extras. Be prepared to bring EVERYTHING.
