We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. We booked it for a last minute but much needed beach vacay and could not have been more pleased with the location, the property management, and the condo. We had enough of everything we needed for our stay. The view of the ocean from the front balcony was very nice, and we appreciated being able to walk across the street for burgers and beers. Beach access was nearby. The area was super walkable. We picked up groceries at Publix on our way in, parked our car, and didn’t get back in it until we left. We’d stay here again definitely.

We just stayed at Ferda Buoys in Carolina Beach and had the BEST time! The location is perfect! Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Beach access is a short walk just across the street. This condo was extremely clean and all furniture and amenities were in great shape. Perfect for a family of 4, but could sleep more with the pull out couch and extra twin sized cushion provided. We loved our ocean view from the balcony, and the cute beach decor! Carolina Retreats staff were very responsive and helpful! I will definitely book again.

We had a perfect beach getaway at Ferda Buoys! The location was fantastic! We enjoyed our ocean view every morning on the deck. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes and very easy to access. This condo is also within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was extremely clean and all furniture was great quality and comfortable. Showers, facilities, AC, TV, and kitchen appliances all worked perfectly. We will definitely book this condo in the future.
