JS Jessica S.	Verified Guest Comment Carolina Retreats was very responsive, communicated well, and rental was as described. Rental did have a keypad lock, which was very difficult to use the entire time due to it being an external lock that’s rusted from weather. We’re aware that saltwater does this, and they gave us a key to use just in case, but it was difficult to get the lock to work even with the key sometimes. Not a deal breaker, just frustrating. Our check in was delayed 1.5 hours past the time of check in stated due to delay in cleaning, but they kept communicating with us to update on this, which we appreciated. My only other mention would be that there were little kids above is, and they would run all day and night, and you could hear them, and every door. It was not a deal breaker for us, and I slept with a fan, or raised the volume on the tv, etc, when needed, but it is worth a mention in case others are thinking about this when they book. Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
