Nice views, however to the owners, I would look into having the pine trees that you see when sitting on the top floor balcony, trimmed, so you can get a better view of the ocean.

Access to the beach directly across the drive was perfect, especially for a young family carrying lots of beach items. No need for beach cart. Rent the beach chairs and umbrellas, and then only carried our toys and refreshments. Location and condition of the home was ideal. New decking and out door shower out back. One garage is available for vacation storage. Close to downtown, but secluded enough for quiet. Walk to Patio Playground, Ocean Pier, Restaurants, Queen Jean, playground, bayside pier, pool, etc.
