- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

This house was AWESOME. Great views of the beach even though it's technically not "beach front." The neighborhood is awesome and the pool is super clutch after a long day on the beach. Would recommend staying at this place for sure!
