Location is perfect - ocean front and away from traffic! You could see the ocean over the sand dunes from the deck and from the large windows on the ocean front side.

Not necessarily to tell future guests, but I want you to know the following: I appreciated the timeliness of the emails and instructions. And the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I didn't rate the responsiveness of the maintenance needs because we didn't have any. I gave only 2 stars to the Guests Services because I asked questions vis email and chat and never got a response. Also, I never spoke to anyone to be able to rate.

Enjoyed the view, loved looking at the ocean from the deck and the crossover to the beach. It's a very nice place and suits our needs perfectly. Being oceanfront makes it easier for older adults (such as ourselves) to get out to the beach. ****************************************************************************************************** (Please remind renters that they should remove all dog deposits. Some were left beside the side gate which I took care of. Also, a non-working cord was plugged in from the modem to the router, no idea where it came from. The original yellow cord was on the floor, the gentleman from Topsail Realty replaced the non-working one with the yellow one, and the wi-fi worked fine. He took the non-working one with him.)
