Multiple deck areas make it easy to take in the seaside vista and ocean breezes including a lower level deck covered by the upper deck, the open upper deck partially covered by the top level balcony, and the private balcony for the lucky individuals staying in the top suite, not to mention a roomy deck on the walkway to the beach with built-in seating! The convenient and roomy enclosed outside shower with hot water and provided gas grill only add to the appeal of this grand home! An ideal location just a few blocks south of downtown Topsail Beach where you can spread out on the beach or take a meandering walk or short drive up Ocean Blvd. to the quaint shops and restaurants in the area. It is furnished in a minimal way, crisp and stylish (as contrasted with more "beachy" cluttered furnishings). The main living area has couches and a dining area but could use one more comfortable chair with good back support (there is one shown in the gallery of photos shown but it was not actually in the house). Kitchen is well-equipped although it lacks a few basics like measuring spoons, not a serious drawback. Lovely deck between the house and the beach for late-night star-gazing. Good balance between covered/uncovered deck. Good use a chair or two on the lower deck (the hammock is great).
