Kitchen not well stocked and sinks do not get really hot water. Also, outdoor furniture is not wood or plastic.It is cushions that retain rainwater. Upstairs bathroom did not have a privacy curtain on window.

Great house, close to beach. Kitchen not very well stocked if you plan on cooking. Check in process goes through rental agency rather than airbnb and frankly not as simple, bit more involved. Must have all dishes cleaned and put away — none left in dishwasher — which made check out morning a little difficult as we still had to feed breakfast to a large group of young kids.
