- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.

This house had everything we were looking for: enough room for the family and immediate beach access. There's no replacement for stepping off the back porch and into the beach, or completely unobstructed views of the waves and incredible sunrises. Property management got back to us with a solution within 10 minutes when we had trouble with the door code. The only other tiny issue was the clothes dryer didn't dry the clothes on regular mode, we had to use the timed dry setting.
