Property was great! Balcony overlooking ocean, easy walk to beach and pool was right there. We opted to drive most places and free parking is hard to find. You have to pay to park at most places/lots. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and had keurig and coffee pot and elevator. You can park at front of building to load/unload and there are carts on property you can use.

This is a great oceanfront property! The online pictures don't do it justice. This is one of the best rental properties that my family has stayed at. There were several staple pantry items when we arrived left behind from other guests including olive oil, salt & pepper and other various seasonings. The property also had a wide variety of pots and pans for cooking, a crockpot and a cheese grater. There were also several storage containers for leftovers which I have never seen in a rental property before. There were also several books, magazines, puzzles and games that could be used by the guests. The property was clean upon our arrival and there was great communication with Carolina Retreats leading up to check-in. It was quick and easy to grab our keys and get into the unit. There are several carts located in the lobby area that can used to bring up your belongings and groceries to the condo. Overall, this is a fantastic property. The views and the sound of the waves crashing is something that can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The lobby construction will be an improvement. The building exteriors were a bit dated. The condo itself was pretty fresh. Great appliances. Don’t count on enough TP, paper towels, towels, or trash bags. No recycling for the building was irritating. Primary mattress, pillows, and linens were very cheap at this price point. Pool and hot tub were functional, but dirty. Best thing of all were the views and the location.
