- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

It's a very cute apartment, as advertised. If I was coming to Carolina Beach again, I would consider it. You'll have to clean yourself more than I have in other beach rentals. I will try a different beach next time because CB offers very few amenities for rainy weather.

Lovely, very comfortable place, as described and pictured. Perfect size for a friend and I to enjoy a 4-day visit to Carolina Beach. Perfect location in CB, looking directly out on the surf. Super easy beach access via walkway dedicated to the community. 3 flights of stairs. We're both in early 60's and were fine, but huffing by the time we finished unloading the car. You'll get your steps in! Property managers are very responsive to questions. The "what to bring" list was accurate except a kitchen (dish drying) towel was not provided, which seemed odd. We used a hand towel from the bathroom and that worked out fine. Easy walk down to the Boardwalk, but it was pretty dead due to bad weather and shoulder season (mid September). The weather was dreadful. CB doesn't offer a lot to do in poor weather except the Aquarium (which was great) so plan to be ready for games, movies, or a trip to Wilmington for amusements in the event the weather doesn't cooperate. At least you can LOOK at the surf even if the rain and wind prevents strolling on the sand. You can't control the weather and the place itself is great!

We are terribly sorry a Kitchen Towel was not provided, as this is supposed to be provided with the full towel package. We will look into why this was missing and also want to recommend reaching out to us in the future if you are missing items from your towel package! We appreciate your understanding that the weather is outside of our control, and we're glad you were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the surf.
