We enjoyed our four nights. The view and balcony are amazing. The Condo was clean and well stocked for our family. This condo is on the top floor with no elevator. 48 steps which was fine with us but may be an issue for some. No beach accessory storage available so we stored chairs/ umbrellas in our car each day. The unit has assigned parking that can fit up to two cars tandem. Finally, we were there during a hot July period and the AC worked perfectly. Unit was not hot at all. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
