This is a top floor unit located directly across the street from the beach and has 2 amazing decks with great views. This unit offers washer and dryer in the unit, fully updated kitchen and bathrooms, and tile floors throughout. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There are two pull out couches in the living room. You can walk to the Carolina Beach pier to fish or enjoy the views. The pier also has a restaurant and bar. Freeman park, which is 4 wheel drive beach access is located just a few blocks north. This property is fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment today. The beach access is right across the street from this unit!

Would have given it 5 stars but one of the bedrooms had a broken bed that broke a second time. Maintenance was quick and friendly though. CF Crystal F.	Verified Guest Comment The only downside of this unit would have to be the stairs. Walking up and down with groceries was not fun. Otherwise, the location is great and the views of the ocean and sunset from the decks were nice. The listing indicated 2 pools were available but upon check-in was only told about one. This wasn’t a huge problem because the pool wasn’t occupied by more than a few swimmers at any time. This unit had everything our family of 6 needed and was clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the pier, beach access, and pool but may be too long to the boardwalk. Highly recommend the Mahi sandwich from the pier restaurant as well. Overall a great stay! 06/30/2024
