I don’t like the way you send emails. Why doesn’t the content show in my viewer? Why do I have to expand the email to see the information? Why can’t I forward the information messages like check-in info?

I’m sure you charge a cleaning fee..please don’t ask guest to clean before check out. I understand taking the sheets off the bed and garbage out but that’s the extent of what should be asked. Putting dishes back after being in dishwasher should not be a task if we are paying a hefty cleaning fee. Otherwise the place is perfect! Plenty of parking..personal beach access..not having to deal with beach goers who seem to park wherever was a plus. This place is clean and has plenty of room. The elevator worked perfectly to get my wheelchair bound dad in and out to visit family. We will be back!
