Great location and easy walk to the beach. It needs a little bigger a/c, wouldn’t keep up in the daytime. Back bedrooms would be a lot warmer than the living room. Over all it was a great little house close to the beach!

We had a very nice time at this house. It fit us very well, the kitchen was updated and had all the equipment needed for cooking.

This is the perfect escape spot, especially being less than a minute from door to sand! Great for smaller groups. Hosts is incredibly kind, responsible, flexible and helpful! Lots of great restaurants within a mile walk and the locals are so so sweet. This is certainly an old cottage with lots of quirks and charm. It has a very homey feel and we look forward to being back

We really enjoyed our time in the cottage at Scotch Bonnet. From the moment we arrived, we could hear the ocean waves. The cottage was delightful, small in the typical cottage way, but super well renovated with every inch being used to maximum potential. The kids bunk room was very compact but nice, with accessible outlets and reading lights. The house is full of history and character. The beach is directly across the street, which allowed us to go back and forth throughout the day, just for a stroll, to check the waves, to see the sunset, etc. It wasn’t a bad walk to the boardwalk, although longer than you’d probably want with young kids or older folks. It was a quick drive to just about anywhere you’d want to go. Overall, we loved the house and the location. My daughter summed it up well when she said she wished it was our own vacation cottage.
