Carolina Retreats is amazing to work with. But as far as the specific condo I would warn them about the stackable W/D and the dryer takes forever to get stuff dry. Also I would say bring any condiments, spices and cleaning products! There was nothing to clean the counter or windows. Last year our condo seemed to have everything there so I guess we were spoiled lol. The master shower was amazing except the lights in the shower didn’t work. But the shower itself was awesome. And there were plenty of pots, pans, utensils and glasss. The master bed was so comfy - I meant to look at what type of mattress it was! And again the set up /layout is fabulous. I think next year though we will try a different condo in the building. But PW is awesome. Love the location and amenities - the pools and hot tub. Just so convenient.

By far the most peaceful beach I’ve been to. It was just a couple miles from the shopping strip.

Had a great time staying at the Pelicans Watch. Steps away from the beach, the kids loved the pool. Walking distance to a few shops and the boardwalk. It was very clean inside, comfortable bedding and somewhat of a private balcony. The whole unit was very clean as well. Only thing is that they didn’t provide a new dish scrub or more than one trash bag for the week we stayed. Luckily I brought my own. Kitchen and rooms were very clean and it smelt nice inside. Outside was a tad sketch when we first pulled up. Just a little out of daye, but once we got into the unit, it was pleasant.
