We rented both units for out large family and found both units equally as nice. The decor is simple, fresh and clean. No knick-knacks to have to remove from the reach of toddlers. My only concern was the glass-top coffee table in the Dolphin unit and a rambunctious toddler. The driveway is wide and well maintained. There is room for cars to park three abreast if need and spacious enough to turn a vehicle around and go out forward without having to back out into the busy street. We really appreciated the units are stocked with twice the number of eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Only had to run the dishwasher once a day, if that much. It was also delightful to have two sets of washer/dryer in the laundry room. Yes, there was a set for each of the two units but if you coordinated with the guests in the other unit you could get your laundry done in a shorter amount of time. Even the laundry room was decorated with a few prints, rug on the floor, shelving to store laundry supplies and space to park a stroller when not in use. Loved the comfy chair in the corner. Great place to relax and read in peace while waiting for laundry to finish. The dining table on the Dolphin level is two small square tables pushed together. Technically it can only seat 6 due to the table legs in the center. But we pulled the tables apart, turned each at an angle and were able to seat 8 people with additional seating at the counter bar. The furniture in each room is a single tall dresser and nightstands. This proved to be adequate. The bathrooms could use a small cabinet to hold items between the sink and toilet. Loved that each room has a ceiling fan with room darkening curtains. This was a plus for young children when napping or blocking out the early morning sunrise if you want to sleep late. Overall, we were very impressed with both units of this house and hope to return again next year.

Great place for a stay at the beach. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Furniture was comfortable and well appointed! Nice deck furniture! Laundry room was a plus! 5 Stars! One consideration is you can hear footsteps of the guests in the top unit!. So appreciated being able to bring our dog!

Home was in a great location and access to the beach was fantastic. The owners need to consider adding a step at the beach as the step down is steep. Bedrooms need more furniture since there is no place in the bathroom for toiletries.
