The fact that it is Oceanside as well as it having access to a private dock at the sound is just amazing. You can catch a sunrise over the ocean and a sunset over the sound. Best of both worlds.

This was our first time at Topsail. The rental was clean, fully equipped with kitchen supplies, bedrooms were spacious, and home was welcoming! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all due to the location and no public beach access. My family and I would love to stay at this house again!
