Deposits
- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

This was our second time staying at Good Tide-ings and we have already booked again for next year. The house is a newer home with a nicely equipped kitchen, perfect private beach access and pool. We really enjoyed our mornings having coffee while seated on the nice deck furniture and watching the sun come up, and our evenings watching the sunset over the channel. We love this house!

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the ocean. Great location, great pool and house is very well equipped with anything you would need. We did call for maintenance, but they never showed up or called us back. But overall I would definitely recommend this house.
