Great location on Topsail Beach if you want to be close to restaurants/shopping. Home is comfortable- thank you for the past renter tip to use the 1st floor entry in “carport” vs front door. Be ready to get a workout climbing stairs on move in day. Beds in Master Suites are comfortable. Kitchen lacks serving dishes if you have a large family & want to cook, but the open concept Kitchen / Great room overlooking the Ocean is great.
