Bright and Breezy! Ocean Dunes 306 is a highly desirable south end unit on the top floor. The living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. The blues and greens of the beach continue that beachy feeling throughout this three-bedroom, two bath condo that has a queen bed in the master with flat screen TV, and DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has twins and a flat screen TV with DVD player and limited channels. The kitchen has been recently remodeled including cabinetry, countertops and floors. The complex has 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool, sauna, weight room in recreation center across the street and a kids playground, shuffleboard and tennis courts. Located in Fort Fisher, the complex is close to the N.C. Aquarium and Southport Ferry. Maximum occupancy 6 with queen sleeper sofa. Underneath assigned parking for maximum 2 cars.
Please Note: The indoor pool and hot tub will not be available from April 8th through mid-May per the Ocean Dunes Homeowner's Association.

CW Calvin W.	Verified Guest Comment Our family had a wonderful stay at Carolina Retreats property! Beautiful sunrises, right on the water close to beach access and pool. My family throughly enjoyed our time at the pristine and quiet beach. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor pool. The condo itself has exceptional views with two balconies. The condo is older with wear and tear that you would expect of a beach property. The condo is the 3rd story, and not handicap accessible. The deck also is weathered and in rough shape, wear shoes! Some of the AC vents had mildew as a result of the AC mixing with high humidity. Also there are “two” parking spaces per unit, but those are directly under the condo and it’s a tight fit. If you have a large vehicle such as a truck it may not fit. There are two guest spots allocated for the whole complex so plan according. Carolina Retreats were very responsive on a couple minor issues and very accommodating. The extra paper work outside of Airbnb was a little much. 07/13/2024 Thank you for your detailed review of your stay at our Ocean Dunes property.
