- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Other than those listed maintenance issues we had a fabulous time and the house was as described. The customer service team was helpful with questions even when we didn't get the initial link to the guest portal. We would be happy to stay again!

Location was great! House layout worked nicely for our family. Beautiful beach and awesome local food/businesses. The house was missing a few things that we would consider standard: Keurig coffee maker, dvd player, and ice maker in the fridge. There were a few small things broken, back sliding door handle and a piece off the bottom of the microwave were broken. Overall nice house, great location and a beautiful beach.
