Life is Good is a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo with amazing views and easy beach access. Located in Ocean Dunes in Kure Beach, NC with amenities including 3 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, and more! The kitchen is open to the living room and there is a small dining area as well as bar stools. There is a pull out couch in the living room and there is an ocean front deck off the living room with a table and chairs. The master bedroom also has access to the ocean front deck with incredible views. There are 2 other bedrooms and another full bathroom. Cable tv, free wifi, and washer and dryer in the unit. An elevator is available to take you to the floor the condo is located on.
Please Note: The indoor pool and hot tub will not be available from April 8th through mid-May per the Ocean Dunes Homeowner's Association.

AH Andrew H.	Verified Guest Comment We really enjoyed our stay. Condo offered plenty of space for our family of 5. Location is wonderful, beach isn’t overly crowded at all. Condo could use an update tho, just a bunch of small things like plumbing fixtures, shower curtains, pots and pans were on their last legs. But overall, a very nice place to stay. KS Kelly S.	Verified Guest Comment Awesome beachfront view . Beach a little narrow and the coquina rocks made swimming right in front tough. Condo was adequate size for 4 adults , a teen and a toddler . Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare a few meals . Tile floor needed to be mopped better . Parking underneath the units allowed two cars but were very , very narrow for anything larger than a sedan . It was hard to load / unload or even park . 06/29/2024

Chair in living room is not the one shown in pics. Couch is VERY uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise (it’s a pullout…which explains the noise). Outdoor pools are a distance. Beach access is really close. Kitchen has all of the essentials. Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
