There's no shortage of stunning sights at Palm Beach North, a beautiful beach retreat on serene North Topsail Beach. With balconies on every floor, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with beautiful views of the sound and the ocean! Located just a short walk to beach access, you can hit the sandy shore with ease, head to the community pool for a splashing good time, or sit back and relax on the dock just off of the back of the property!

The open-plan living area features beautiful views of the sound from indoors and has ample seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to a furnished covered balcony. The separate dining area features seating for 8, the perfect place to gather for a meal after a day of adventure on Topsail Island. The well-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare a meal and has additional countertop seating for 4.

The first floor boasts a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with queen-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and balconies. These two bedrooms share access to a bathroom. The entire third floor is exclusively dedicated to the grand primary suite, offering a king-sized bed, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, an ensuite bathroom, and access to private balconies on both the sound side and the beach side of the home!

The storage shed was full of beach chairs, boogie boards, a grill, lifesize jenga game, corn hole, 2 kayaks with life jackets, 2 adult bicycles, and 2 kid bicycles, beach toys, a wagon and fishing poles! So there was plenty to do! House was great size and fit all of us comfortably. We also put together a few puzzles and that was fun too! Gorgeous sunsets!

The house was fantastic. Nicely decorated, spacious, clean, wonderful view of the marsh from multiple rooms and balconies and views of the ocean from the other said. All bedrooms have balconies as does the kitchen and living room. House has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. And their kitchen utensils, cookware and dinnerware are plenty and nice. Two beach accesses and short walk to the beach. Fun restaurants and bars right across the street so you can walk and a little grocery about two beach blocks away. About 2.5 miles to the main circle in surf city. Great location. We had two families with a total of 8 and it was perfect! Will for sure rent again when coming to the area.

Wonderful weekend at Palm Beach North - even though it rained the whole weekend we enjoyed being in the house, sitting on the balcony and lots of laughs. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the dock when the sun decided to peep out.
