the overall experience was quite nice, the beach house was beautiful, clean and spacious. it was in a good location close to the beach. upon arrival it was a surprise to find they had a functioning elevator, and very convenient. I did notice a high pitched chirping sound, which at first I believed to be a security alarm. the sound persisted most of the weekend and we even confirmed with the neighbors that it had been chirping all weekend. my friends and I discovered it was the pump alarm on the property. when we asked the manager how to address the issue, our messages went unanswered. initially they responded to my check-in message, however, following messages and concerns were unanswered. we had reached out asking about their departure instructions, since we didn't received any, and those went unanswered as well (to be fair, the request was late at night, but I'd hoped for a response in the morning.) the elevator did get stuck with my friend in it once, but was fine for me. )

A beautiful, well thought out home with ample room for the 7 of us. Views were spectacular! Great deck space. Extremely comfortable beds! Easy walk to the beach. Nice and warm outdoor shower to rinse off before heading to upstairs to the living quarters. There is an elevator, but we only used it to bring our bags upstairs when we arrived and departed. Very relaxing living room. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Would love to stay here again.
