Boat is downstairs with room(s) as well as no air conditioning. Gas smell with the heat is borserline unbearably.

We love the porch--we were able to eat dinner all together at the picnic table. We also really like that the beach access is not too far away. Thank you for yet another wonderful vacation!

Our family stayed on the soundside and had a great time fishing, kayaking, and sailing! The kitchen was well-equipped and we had beautiful soundside views from the back porch. We enjoyed the house!
