We were celebrating a 70 birthday at the beach and selected Sea Colony 5A. It was on the first floor; they had an elevator which was great as we had a lot of things to take up the stairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms had been remodeled and were beautiful. The view was just what we wanted, we could see the ocean from the living room, kitchen and on the deck! We had a absolutely wonderful time and I hope we can rent this condo again!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend, and we didn't want to leave! The condo was very clean, and the property managers were incredibly organized. They also communicated especially well, which we appreciated. The location couldn't be better, eating each meal while looking at the ocean was a treat. Overall, we absolutely loved it!
