3rd time staying at this property. For families with children, it’s hard to beat the price, location & amenities. Right on the beach, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs. Nice restaurant on-site. Short drive to Surf City. Beach has never been crowded when we go.

Loved the place and location. View is beautiful and the pool was very nice. Very clean place and spacious. Perfect for our family of 4. Cons: Elevator was broken which made it very difficult going in and out with small children. It was down during our whole stay. Access to the beach is difficult as well. Only one way out which require multiple sets of steps. We always had to take the bare minimum on the walk to the beach. Wish they provided more items like detergent, trash bags, and paper towels. Overall, we had a great time. Recommend more communication regarding elevator access. Would stay again. Thanks

Pros: 1. Place was clean, and linen was provided, and Beds were good to sleep in. 2. Kitchen ware was good enough, and kitchen spacious. 3. Games were well stocked for kids as well, and excellent Ocean view from balcony. Cons: 1. Getting in and out of unit needed stairs, and if elevators are taken, its a long walk through multiple doors to get to unit. 2. Excessive checkout instructions, we spent 2 hours , cleaning the dishes, putting them back in place, Taking out trash down to parking lot stairs. collecting linen in bags. 3. Putting trash in bags should be fine, instead of taking trash all the way to street, very hard 4. We had 2 cars, and there was only 1 car pass, responses were slow, and were not clear that their office is situated 11.2 miles away from the unit, if we have to pick up another car pass. 5. Amenities, like Dish washing liquid, or extra trash bags were not provided. But the checkout instructions were to take trash out completely, and run dishwasher

This place is roomy and bright and it is ocean front. The complex itself offers two pools, hot tubs, and a restaurant. I will definitely stay here again!

Overall the place was really nice and clean. The amenities are why we booked! 3 pools and right on the beach. Unfortunately the large pool was closed, so we were only able to use the smaller one. Thankfully it wasn’t a busy weekend. Other reasons I only gave 4 stars, is not all the beds were made (sheets were just on the bed wrapped in plastic). Towels were the same and just wrapped in plastic. Also most places at least leave a little dish soap to get you started, or 1 dish washer tab, we didn’t have either and had already gone to the grocery store on the way in. So it was an extra trip. Love the carts by the elevator for loading and unloading since it was me and 2 small kids. Overall the place had an amazing view and would definitely stay again.
