Enjoy your meals at the large dining table while you watch the waves crash on shore. And if you just have to get some work done take your laptop out to the beautiful deck and enjoy the fresh sea air. You can admire the beautiful ocean views from one of two oceanfront decks and be sure to bring your grilling hat for a seaside BBQ at the oceanfront grill complete with bench seating on your own private walkway to the surf. The lower level of this magnificent home contains a deck, garage, full bathroom, and two large bedrooms each with a queen bed. The second level contains the master suite with queen bed, TV and private oceanfront deck. Additionally, on the second level, two queen size bedrooms with an adjoining full bath. Maximum occupancy is 15 w/ kids & sleeper sofa's and maximum parking for 3 cars. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.
