Great location. Close to restaurants, beach, boardwalk and attractions, which was the main reason we took it. The house is old, not fancy at all and need some improvements, but clean and colorful. Having one bathroom only was a bit complicated for a large family. The outside shower helps, but not enough. We probably paid too much for it, but if you get a good deal, and you don't want to use the car much, the location really helps.

Just go and enjoy everything that the house has to offer and the proximity of all services and fun things to do and walking distance to the ocean, few minutes.

Maybe I’m a little biased… after all this was my Childhood home! What I love about this house is how close it is to everything that represents CB. All the local spots. It’s funny how certain things never change, no matter how many years go by. The way the sun greets you in the morning throughout this house is unmatchable. The backyard is serene and quiet— especially sitting on the covered porch during a rainy day. And the front porch is perfect for sitting with friends and enjoying the day. Coming back to this house was everything I didn’t know I needed to relax and recharge. Best house on the island.

Fun time at the beach. This place was great. Upon arrival we had told them we'd be coming in late and they were kind enough to leave lights on so we were not coming into a dark unknown home. Everything was clean and tidy. The house is in a great location just a few blocks back from the beach along with a small little fenced in back yard area for your furry friends. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway!
