The focal point is the spacious open living area, two-sided fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room all designed for entertaining, comfort, relaxation and true serenity. Master Bedroom w/ king & tv, 2nd bedroom w/King & tv, 3rd bedroom King & tv, 4th bedroom w/ twins & Tv located on the 3rd level. Main living area, dining, kitchen and 5th bedroom w/ king & tv on the main level, Then the downstairs area for kids has 3 bunks, Tv & bath. Linen & towel package provided on this rental, beds will be made and turned down awaiting your arrival, plus many other items for your enjoyment such as, 2 adult bikes, beach toys and chairs, boogie boards, play station 2 system, and a professional level volleyball court w/ volleyballs. We also supply a starter kit with toilet paper and paper towels. Maximum occupancy 16 w/ kids and parking for maximum 4 cars. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.
